    About Me

    Hi, I'm Holly

I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian based on the Gold Coast.

I help active people fuel their body with confidence, support their training, and stop second-guessing what to eat.

My approach is practical, evidence-based, and built to fit real life.

    Why I became a dietitian

My own experience with food and training shaped the way I work.

    1

    The Struggle

Like many people, I went through a phase of thinking that being healthy meant being stricter — eating "clean", cutting out food groups, and striving to be the smallest version of myself, all while training hard and believing it was what my body needed.

    The Impact

But I was under-fuelling without realising it. My energy dropped. I became iron deficient. I lost my period. And food started to feel a lot more stressful than it needed to.

    3

    The Turning Point

Studying dietetics and sports nutrition completely changed my perspective. It helped me understand how common it is for active people to be under-fuelled, confused by conflicting nutrition advice, and trying so hard but still feeling stuck.

    A little more about me

    SPORT & TRAINING

Sport has always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing high-level touch football and soccer before finding a love for endurance sport in my 20s. Since then, I’ve completed multiple half marathons, marathons, ultra marathons and HYROX events.

    LIVING WITH ADHD

As someone with AuDHD, I understand overwhelm, low-capacity days and food fixations. It shapes the way I support my clients—with practical, flexible strategies designed to work with your life.

    OUTSIDE OF WORK

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on dog-mum duties, relaxing at the beach, or catching up with friends for coffee.
